Niraj joins Culture ministry as Director

Niraj Kumar,CSS, Director has been posted to  the Ministry of Culture. Kumar has been a prolific writer on multidisciplinary issues like  Himalayan studies , Asian integration,  Buddhism and  Indian philosophy. He has written nearly a dozen books.
