Niraj Kumar selected for CGM (Civil), IRCON, Patna

Niraj Kumar, presently posted as Secretary to PCE, East Central Railway, has been selected for deputation to IRCON for the post of Chief General Manager (Civil) at Patna. He is an IRSE officer.
