NS Bharel appointed CGM (Elec.), IRCON

Narinder Singh Bharel, Chief Electrical Engineer (CEE), Construction, Bilaspur, South East Central Railway (SECR), has been selected for deputation to IRCON International Limited as Chief General Manager (Electrical) at Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) project for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
