Ms Rajni Sekhari Sibal is the only IAS officer of 1986 batch who has been appointed Secretary in GoI. A Haryana cadre IAS officer is the Secretary of the newly created Department of Fisheries in the Ministry of Fisheries & Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
