P Mohan Raj, Retd. District Court Judge, Principal District Court, Salem, Tamil Nadu, has been appointed as Judicial Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
