P Ravi Kumar,who is presently working as Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer (PCME),  has been transferred to Indian Railways Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (IRIMEE) as Director. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
