Pankaj Kumar Sinha posted as PCMM, WCR

Pankaj Kumar Sinha, presently serving as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM), East Central Railway (ECR), has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and posted as Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM). He is an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer.
