Param Mitra transferred shifted to Rail Coach Factory

Param Mitra, who is presently serving in South Central Railway (SCR), has been transferred to Rail Coach Factory (RCF) on his own request and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
