Parambir Singh not empanelled in GoI

In a big surprise, Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh has not been empanelled to the rank of DG in the Government of India. His adversaries say, they saw to it that he is not empanelled. Reality is that he was not empanelled since he never worked in GoI as per the policy.
