PBS Rathore appointed CELE, SCR

Pradeep BS Rathore, who is presently posted in South Central Railway (SCR), has been appointed as Chief Electric Locomotive Engineer (CELE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
