PD Mishra is CELE, NCR

PD Mishra, who is presently working as PCSO in North Central Railway (NCR), has been posted as CELE in the NCR itself replacing Anupam Singhal, who has been transferred. He is an IRSEE officer belonging to NF-HAG grade.
