PK Kshatriya appointed CTE, RVNL

PK Kshatriya - who is being repatriated from deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) - has been posted on South East Central Railway (SECR) as Chief Track Engineer (CTE) in higher administrative grade (HAG). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
