PK Modi designated as CMD, National General Industries Ltd.

Pawan Kumar Modi – who is serving as Joint Managing Director of National General Industries Limited (NGIL) – has been designated as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the company. The decision comes in the wake of Ashok Kumar Modi resigning from the post of CMD. Meanwhile, Manhar Modi has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive) of the company.
