PK Sinha appointed PFA, COFMOW

Prabhat Kumar Sinha, who is presently posted as Principal Financial Advisor (PFA) in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR),  has been sent to Central Organisation for Modernisation of Workshops (COFMOW) in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
