PNB transfers Rs 5,340 cr unclaimed wealth to RBI

The Centre has informed the Lok Sabha that deposits to the tune of Rs 5,340 crore lying unclaimed with the Punjab National Bank (PNB) have been transferred to the Reserve Bank of India as of February 2023. The information was provided by Minister of State for Finance Bhagwat Karad in a written reply
