POWERGRID commissions Bidar solar-zone transmission scheme

POWERGRID disclosed the commissioning of its transmission scheme for the 2,500 MW Solar Energy Zone in Bidar, Karnataka, under the tariff-based competitive bidding route. The project is designed to facilitate renewable-energy evacuation and strengthen transmission infrastructure.
