Chandra Kishore Prasad, presently serving as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO), Central Railway (CR), has been transferred to North Western Railway (NWR) and posted as Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (PCSTE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
