Prem Sagar Gupta posted as PCE, Northern Railway

Prem Sagar Gupta, who is presently serving as Principal Executive Director (PED), CE (P), in the Railway Board, has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) and posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE). He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
