Priyatu Mandal likely to return to parent cadre in Feb

Priyatu Mandal, who is presently on inter-cadre deputation to West Bengal, is expected to return to parent cadre in February this year after completion three-year tenure. He is a 2006 batch IAS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre.
