PSBs have full autonomy to fix Staff remuneration & compensation

The Central Government has informed that it has granted managerial autonomy to Public Sector Banks (PSBs), allowing their Board of Directors to exercise power in respect of decision on remuneration and compensation of officers and staff. No change in this is under consideration.
