Pushkar Sahay returns to parent cadre

Pushkar Sahay, Joint Adviser (Mitigation Project), National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has returned to his parent cadre with the condition of extended 'cooling off'. He is a 1988 batch IDSE officer.
