R P Yadav posted as PCE, MCF

R P Yadav, who is presently serving in Modern Coach Factory (MCF), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) (CHOD) on the MCF itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
