R Raghuraman shifted to SWR

Ramachandran Raghuraman, who is presently working as Dy. Com/Freight in Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to South Western Railway (SWR), appointed to officiate in senior administrative grade (SAG) and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
