R S Singh is Joint Secretary in DAHD

Rama Shankar Singh has joined Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying (DAHD), New Delhi as Joint Secretary. He was earlier working with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. He is a 1995 batch IFoS officer of AGMUT cadre.
