 Rear Admiral Atul Anand, VSM, Suresh  has taken over as the Asstt Chief of Naval Staff (ACNS)-Foreign Cooperation and Intelligence. He was commissioned in 1988 in the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy. He is an NDA product.
