Raghavan to join Rubber Board

K N Raghavan , a 1990 batch IRS(C&CE) officer will join the Rubber Board, Kottayam, as ED, under Deptt of Commerce on deputation basis. He is presently posted as Pr.  Commissioner, GST, Mumbai Central. CBIC has placed his services at the disposal of deptt of Commerce.
