Railways transfers Karuppannaswamy as CPO, SECR

S. N. Karuppannaswamy, presently serving as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO), Southern Railway (SR), has been transferred to South East Central Railway (SECR) and posted as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO). He is an Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS) officer.
