Ranbir Singh\'s name in circulation as next GOC-in-C, Northern Command

Lt Gen Ranbir Singh's name is in circulation to replace Lt Gen Devraj Anbu who had been appointed as Vice Chief Of Army Staff (VOAC) as the next GOC-in-C of Northern Command.
