Ravi Shankar has been appointed as Director (Administration), Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd., Vadodara and will hold additional charge of the post of Chief Administrator, Statue of Unity, SOUADTGA, Kevadia, Narmada-Rajpipla. He has been relieved of the additional charge of Joint MD, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd., Gandhinagar.  He is a 2007 batch IAS officer of Gujarat cadre.
