RBI approval awaited for Rana Kapoor\'s fresh term as MD & CEO of YES Bank from Sept 1, 2018

Yes Bank MD & CEO Rana Kapoor is retiring this month . Bank’s  shareholders have already approved his re-appointment as MD and CEO of the Bank for a further period of three years w.e.f  September 1, 2018. The RBI clearance for his appointment is awaited.
