RC Gupta appointed CPD (TMC), Northern Railway

Ramesh Chand Gupta, who is presently posted in Northern Railway (NR), has been posted as Chief Project Director (CPD), Track Machine Cell (TMC) in the Railway itself.  He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
