Ms. Deepu Bansal has been re-appointed as Independent Director of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited with effect from October 13, 2026. Meanwhile, Uttam Prakash Agarwal, Dr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti and Shishir Babubhai Desai have been re-appointed as Independent Directors of the company with effect from December 17, 2026.
