Regular Secretary, Culture after five months

It took  five months to appoint a regular Culture Secretary. Raghvendra Singh a WB cadre 1983 batch IAS officer will take over as Secretary Culture – a post which was lying vacant since July this year. Secretary, Tourism was holding additional charge of Culture Ministry.
