Repatriation in Feb, Notification in November
Ajay Yadav, a 2010 batch TN cadre IAS officer, was repatriated from UP to TN on February 12, 2019, before completion of his inter cadre deputation on Sept 30 this year. Now DoPT has accorded ex- post facto approval for premature repatriation of Yadav and notified it on November 4, 2019.
