Rishi Pal Singh posted as CBE, Northern Railway

Rishi Pal Singh, who is presently serving in Northern Railway (NR), has been posted as Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
