Rithwik Rudra promoted to ADG rank

The 'in situ' promotion of Rithwik Rudra presently working as Joint Director (IG level) in the Intelligence Bureau to the rank of Additional Director (ADG level) has been approved. He is a 1993 batch IPS officer of Himachal Pradesh cadre.
