RK Sethy moved as PCMM, NFR (Const.)

RK Sethy, who is presently posted in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (Construction) and posted as Principal Chief Material Manager (PCMM). He is an Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer.
