RK Singh appointed CAO (C), NFR

Rajiv Kumar Singh, who is presently posted in Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been appointed as Chief Administrative Officer (Construction) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
