Rocktim Saikia relieved to join as PS to Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways

 Rocktim Saikia has been relieved to join as Private Secretary to the Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and AYUSH in the Ministry of AYUSH on deputation basis. He is an IRS-IT officer.
