RS Rajpal moved to SER

RS Rajpal, who is returning from deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted in the cadre.  The earlier order transferring him to North Eastern Railway (NER) has been cancelled. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE)
