Saikia, PS to Union Minister, promoted to JCIT grade

Rocktim Saikia, who is on deputation as Private Secretary to the Minister for Ports, Shipping & Waterways and AYUSH in the Ministry of AYUSH, has been granted proforma promotion to the grade of Joint Commissioner of Income Tax (JCIT). He is an IRS-IT officer.
