Sandeep Mittal has been appointed new Joint Secretary (Security) Lok Sabha. He is 1995 batch IPS officer of TamilNadu cadre. He has succeeded Yogesh Desmaukh a Madhya Pradesh cadre IPS officer. (We  said this on May 30 )
