SC Collegium remits case of elevation of C S Kapadia as judge to Bombay HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has resolved that the proposal for elevation of Chetan S. Kapadia, Advocate as Judge be remitted to the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court.
