Services of Avinash Purushottam placed at disposal of GoI

Services of Avinash Purushottam Das Joshi, ACS to Govt of Assam, Home & Political Dept and Additional Principal Resident Commissioner, Assam Bhawan, New Delhi, are placed at the disposal of Government of India for appointment as Additional Secretary, Dept of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. He is a 1994 batch IAS officer of Assam cadre.
