Seven Account Services officers appointed Expenditure Observers

The EC has appointed officers of seven account services as Expenditure Observers for the five state Assembly elections. These officers belong to IDAS, IRAS-IT, IRAS(C&IT), IRAS, IA&AS, ICAS and IT&PAFS.
