Seven IAS officers promoted to Secretary grade in Uttarakhand

Seven IAS officers of Uttarakhand Cadre belonging to 2009 batch have been promoted to Super Time Scale (Secretary grade). The officers are: Dr Raghav Langer, Savin Bansal, C Ravi Shankar, Mrs Jyoti Yadav, Yugal Kishore Pant, Ranveer Singh Chauhan and Dheeraj Singh Garbiyal.
