Shailesh Gupta appointed PCSTE, Northern Railway

Shailesh Gupta, who is presently posted in Northern Railway (NR), has been posted as Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (PCSTE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railways Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
