Shubhranshu, who is presently working as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Rail Wheel Plant (RWP), Bela, has been assigned additional duties of the post of CAO, Workshop Projects Organisation (WPO), Patna. He is an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer.
