Shyam Singh sent as CPDE, Western Railway

Shyam Singh, who is presently posted in Western Railway (WR), has been appointed as Chief Planning and Design Engineer (CPDE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
