Singh appointed Chairman, UPERC

Raj Pratap Singh has been appointed new Chairman of UP Electricity Regulation Commission (UPERC). A 1983 batch IAS officer Singh is posted as Additional CS. Kaushal Kishor Sharma will be member of the Commission.
